The program focuses on three main criteria for acknowledging continuous improvement initiatives: boosting financial revenue and profitability, reducing or avoiding costs, and enhancing organizational value.
There are two award categories: the Quarterly Award, which celebrates exceptional projects every quarter, and the Project of The Year Award, highlighting the most impactful project annually with automatic qualification for quarterly winners. Winners are determined by #WeAreTheXPERTS themselves through a rigorous voting process.
Since its inception in 2021, the XPERTS kaiXen Program has collected 46 impressive entries. For Project of the Year 2023, as announced during #XPERTSGalaDinner2023, XPERTS HR & Transformation Team won the grand prize of RM 20,000 cash through their transformational project of “HR Revamping: Planting the Seeds”. Promajadi secured second place with their project "Awal x Kalut," and FNXperts took third with "TicketX." Meanwhile, Modkha Marine stood out by submitting an impressive 23 kaiXen entries, making them the top contributor among the XPERTS companies.
