It has always been our steadfast approach to engage in introspection, in line with the theme of "Reflect, Review, and Renew." In alignment with our core values, Green Xperts has organized its inaugural Strategy Retreat 01; to analyse Green Xperts' progression throughout the years comprehensively, and to outline the company's strategic future direction strategically.
This Strategy Retreat 01 serves to reaffirm Green Xperts unwavering commitment to consistently create a positive impact to both internal and external stakeholders. The retreat was held at Jelatok Retreat Farm in Lenggeng, Negeri Sembilan with the presence of the Management team from Xperts.my including XpertsCo CEO, En. Faiz Mokhtar. This emphasized on our steadfast dedication to involve key stakeholders in advancing the company's vision and mission.
Furthermore, the discussions predominantly centred on the strategic positioning of initiatives based on ESG themes as per National Industry Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Framework (i-ESG Framework), as launched by Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI), with the main aim of securing funding and business support. The themes encompass six main pillars: Competing in Global Markets, Building Climate Resilience, Enhancing Food & Energy Security, Decent Work & Social Mobility, Advancing Quality Health & Education for All, and Digital Society and Technology Hub. Green Xperts holds a positive outlook on the potential for a successful application.
