Possessing substantial expertise in IT and security, Skadimo Xperts delivers end-to-end solutions to customers, focusing on the secure administration of internet access connectivity and a comprehensive Managed Services offering. Pioneering in Malaysia, they successfully introduced and upsold Cradlepoint – via Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) technology. Cradlepoint, a prominent technology company that provides wireless and cellular networking solutions, thus improving internet connectivity particularly in areas with unreliable wired networks. SD-WAN is an intelligent network management system that optimizes dedicated and private data flow within a computer network, ensuring the seamless operation of critical applications and services, even amidst less-than-optimal network conditions.
With this expansion growth, Skadimo Xperts has provided steadfast support to Telekom Malaysia (TM) through their provision of Managed Connectivity services for Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad (KLK) for many years already as we speak. This ongoing project, stipulated under a three-year contract were executed in carefully planned phases, stands as a testament for future use cases. In the initial phase, Skadimo Xperts skilfully deployed routers across KLK Plantations sites spanning various regions and very remote areas; including all the palm-oil estates in Kedah, Perak, Kelantan, Johor, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, and Selangor. Remarkably, these routers offer remote management capabilities at a minimal cost, delivering a reliable and high-speed private connectivity experience. So now, all the dedicated real-time production and management data from every remote site can be shared to KLK HQ seamlessly, and even all the foreign workers can be connected with their loved ones overseas, hence boosting the morals.
It is imperative to progress continually; hence, as part of our phase 2 initiatives, Skadimo Xperts is currently advancing contracts for 17 more sites, ambitiously progressing with the total of 49 sites. Skadimo Xperts remains dedicated to its core mission of providing exemplary last miles connectivity service and aims to constantly enhance the experience of our esteemed clienteles.
