2020-2022 have been a whirlwind for Skadimo Xperts, with the COVID-19 pandemic throwing curveballs at our business, as to others. Yet, we embraced adversity and persevered, securing contracts where possible. Among our triumphs during this challenging time was the Outdoor Wi-Fi project for ATT Tanjung Bin Sdn Bhd (ATB), an Oil and Gas company. Through diligent installation, testing, and teamwork, we successfully implemented the project's initial phase.
As we stride forward, more opportunities arised in the form of contracts from Jabatan Perdana Menteri and Kor Agama Angkatan Tentera. These encompass Renewable Licenses, Support, and Maintenance Servers, along with supplying laptops to ASNAF under the KAGAT program. Another feather in our cap is the prized contract to provide internet connectivity for QSR Brands - Malaysia's food industry leader. This landmark endeavor involves delivering connectivity to over a thousand KFC and Pizza Hut outlets across the nation, in collaboration with REDtone and TM One via Prima Cell Sdn Bhd.
Our true lessons emerged not from achievements, but from errors and missteps. We've continually recalibrated our work approach, product planning, and Go-To-Market strategy. Above all, we emphasize mutual respect and unwavering commitment across the consortium. A shining example of this ethos is our cross-collaboration with Green Xperts and Soluxions Xperts. We supported Green Xperts in providing solar solutions and facilitated Soluxions Xperts in installing telecom infrastructure in a remote area. The emergence of XPERTS.MY prompted us to refine internal processes, automating and streamlining operations to optimize productivity and ensure excellence.
Welcoming new team members both experienced and fresh, to our team injects positive vigour. With the additional manpower we anticipate accelerated growth in delivering technology solutions, and advancing stakeholder values.
