As part of Soluxions Xperts business offerings, XPERTS.MY has embarked on transformative journey and adopting into the Smart Office concept for its XPERTS Base (HQ Office) and Tanamekar The Hills (boutique accommodation/ event space).
Leveraging Wi-Fi and Zigbee devices for their simplicity and ubiquity, notable initiatives include the Smart Lock, Smart Alarm, Automated Lighting & Air-Conditioning, Smart Video-Doorbell, and Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Booking & Reservation Application.
At Tanamekar The Hills, Smart Lock and Smart Lock Box systems enhance visitor access convenience by enabling self-checkin and self-checkout at the rented property.
The Smart Lock system at the XPERTS.MY offices enable remote unlocking in tandem with fingerprint access control and HR attendance data. Meanwhile, air-conditioning systems operate automatically from 8.45am to 6.30pm, and lightings will regulate automatically by motion sensors to optimize energy consumption thus being cost-effective.
Aside from that, among other Smart Office systems adopted are; Visitor Management System (VMS) and the Smart Video Doorbell to heighten security by enabling remote visual and auditory interaction; Smart Azan to invite staff for prayers; HRMS, for seamless HR matters throughout Xperts; Online Property and Facility Booking App for meeting rooms and company fleets which reduces paperwork and promotes efficiency.
In the pipeline, we are developing our own internal softwares, with the aim to expand seamless office efficiency and further optimizing productivity.
