In a collaborative effort to bridge academia with industry insights, Yayasan WIBA Prima and XPERTS.MY welcomed Marketing Undergraduates from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Bandaraya Melaka to Xperts Base. This visit was thoughtfully organized under the theme of a social campaign to allow the students to glean into operational excellence.
The academic visit commenced with a warm welcome from the hosts, Yayasan WIBA Prima , followed by a brief presentation by the Universiti Teknologi MARA student delegates. Hafisah Gafor from Yayasan WIBA Prima elaborated on the organization's mission, highlighting collaborative initiatives with XPERTS.MY through the platform #dakwahkreatif.
Programs include Yayasan WIBA Prima ’s annual Ihya’ Ramadan, annual Pertandingan Esei Rahim & Ibrahim as endorsed by Ministry of Education Malaysia , Anfaqa with Green Xperts, Rumah Ngaji, and Foodbank programs with vegetable donations via TechFarm Xperts at Masjid Raja Haji Fi Sabilillah and Masjid Cyber10, among others.
Representing both Yayasan WIBA Prima and XPERTS.MY , Nadirah Mannan, introduced the #XpertsXcelerate program which is the XPERTS Internship Program. Guided by enthusiastic hosts, students went on a comprehensive office tour, with Modkha Marine graciously sharing on their expertise as the leading international minerals supplier/ exporter. The visit culminated in a dynamic Q&A session featuring Amirul Iskandar Mannan, CEO of Yayasan WIBA Prima as well as XPERTS HR & Transformation Division, thus further enhancing this social engagement.
These exchanges raised a vibrant dialogue, nurturing mutual learning and growth, reflecting Xperts' commitment to supporting talent and knowledge-sharing.
